How the extruder works

Extrusion is a method for continuous production of space products in the string. This is done directly in the manufacture of pipes, tubing or profiles.

The Extruders most significant parts are plastic ring screw and barrel. The screw rotates in the cylinder, entering and carrying plastic material that may be in the form of powder or granules.

By reducing the screw thread of Hosts volume in the feed direction compresses the plastic while the pressure increases. In addition to the heat out of the plastic ring by heating the cylinder wall from outside and through the screw friction.

The plastic coated material is homogenized and extruded through a nozzle to the desired profile. The material is now still so hot that it is not as stable and therefore requires a screed in which the substance is pulled at a steady speed.

In connection with the material left the extruder cooled substance in cooling water and then cut the substance to the desired lengths on reels.
