Carbon Aid™ C02 diffuser
 The Carbon Aid is a Swedish invention based on several international patents.
DX got the order to produce the Carbon Aid during the complete development work.
The complete project for DX did contain:
- Extrusion of tubing in clean room
- Purchasing of external components
- Injection moulding of components belonging to the Diffuser
- Clean room assembly of all related parts
- Blister packing of the product in a specially designed and produced welding unit, also inside clean room.
The Carbon Aid is now being sold worldwide and DX Plastic handles the distribution and logistic issue.

V-tube
 V-tube is a suction tubing which is extruded in a clean room
DX Plastic provides the CE-labelling, assembly, packing of the product. We also take care of the sterilisation process and the final distribution of the finished product to the end customer.
Spray pipes
 We extrude spray pipes in our clean room for the medical sector.
The above are examples of how we work with custom extrusion of pipes and tubing in both hard and soft materials in clean room facilities.
We produce and pack without further working up or processing.
